Terms of Service

1. Accounts

Teens (Taskers): You must be at least 13 years old to sign up. Adults (Customers): You must provide accurate information and verify your identity (ID upload required). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

2. Platform Use

Teen Taskr connects teens with local adults for tasks such as yardwork, babysitting, and tutoring. Teen Taskr does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any task. Users are responsible for their own interactions and agreements.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, bullying, threatening, or discriminating against others.
• Posting false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Arranging illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate activities.
• Impersonation, circumvention of verification, or attempting to exploit the platform.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise stated, payments are arranged directly between customers and teens. Teen Taskr is not a party to the payment transaction and is not responsible for payment disputes.

5. Content & Moderation

Users are responsible for the content they post. Teen Taskr may moderate, edit, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Teen Taskr is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teen Taskr disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or disputes arising from tasks or user interactions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
